Hey Ben,
My Church uses a database system known as fellowship one (https://www.fellowshipone.com/) that works amazingly it has a very easy check in interface for the students and you can check in by a name search(you can add new names to the database on the spot for guests) or with a barcode scan/number system. I would highly highly recommend

We use a registration system called EventBrite. And our YG isn't quite big enough yet but they DO have have a feature where you can "check-in" attendees by either a) an electronic ticket that they bring and you scan the barcode with your webcam (pc only right now), or you can manually enter the data for check in. Hope it helps! EventBrite is a great way to register kids and also submit payment online via paypal. It costs a bit more than similar products but I like the interface and the potential behind it.

Hoping that someone can help. Im trying to figure out a way to set up my mac laptop as a check in kiosk for youth group. Not sure if they is a program like this or not. I found a program similar to this called, "Guest Reel" but im looking for something that I could customize with or logo to make it more personalized to our youth. If you guys have any ideas i'd love to check them out.

Be Blessed,
Ben
